Colors By Llarowe - Vivian + Edward

Here's my second pick form CBL's Pretty Woman collection, Vivian + Edward a bright hot pink with  lots of holo, of course.

V+E could be the pink Pirates Of Penzace. The formula is just as great, and to work with it is like a dream. Very well pigmented polish, you might even go with only one coat. I have two coats on my nails, just to get the color some more definition.

I really have nothing left to say about this polish, just that I love it, love it, love it! Now I think I want to get all the other holos of this collection. And probably slowly I will! :P

Born Pretty - BP73 stamping plate

Instagram and the nail blogs are all over the new Born Pretty Store stamping plates. The reviews are mostly positive, the price is good, so I decided to give them a try, and ordered a bunch of it. Here's BP73 for today.
I really don't know why I am into rose or all kind of flower patterns lately, because I've never liked them. I guess people change. :) But here I've got this nice plate with four large and four small rosy images.

For the first one's base I used OPI Coca-Cola Red, and Essence Stamp Me! black stamping polish.

The second one I made with Gina Tricot White (which is the BEST white polish I've ever had!) and Konad Psyche Pink.

Here's Essence Stamp Me! white, and the base is Essence A Whisper Of Spring.

And last but not least, Gosh Bubble Gum and Moyou Atlantic Green stamping polish.

All over, I liked this plate very much. My fav patterns are the second and third. I'll use them often I'm sure.  You can find BP73 plate at Born Pretty Store's website, the price is 3$.

Il Était Un Vernis - Ixia

Il Était Un Vernis indie brand is run by two french girls. I've read so many great thing about their polishes, that I had to try them myself, too.

First I brought Ixia, this incedibly bright aqua blue shade from Végétal collection, that has holo shimmer and silver flecks. The formula is great, and covers in two light coats.

Then I decided to try my new Twinkled T swirl nail vinyls. Not bad for first try, but these vinyls stick everywhere but my nails... :D

Ixia is such a unique color in my stash, I couln't compare it to anything. I'm more than satisfied with it, so I'm sure there'll be more coming. You can order it directly from www.iletaitunvernis.com (only french version, and I can't help with the translation, sorry) or www.hypnoticpolish.com.

F.U.N Lacquer - Illusion

There was a little craziness last Saturday, when the new F.U.N Lacquer 2015 LE Collection released. I got for myself two pieces, Storm in pre-order, and Illusion, which I could pick up already yesterday, so I can show you now.

Illusion has a deep purple base, that is full of hologrhaphic micro glitters, a little bigger orange/red/copper glitters and purple shimmer. It applies easily, but it's a little thicker, than I like. Anyway it's still manageable. Two coats on my nails.

Overall, I like it very much, though it's not exactly summer color for me. But this is true for the entire collection. Well, except Daydreamer, which I couldn't get, 'cause I was too slow. But let's not even talk about it.
Illusion is already sold out at F.U.N Lacquer's website, but in Finland there's still a few bottles left in CesarsShop!

Colors By Llarowe - Pirates Of Penzance

Finally my picks from CBL's Pretty Woman collection arrived to me. Basically, at the moment I got my package and opened it, started to apply Pirates Of Penzance on my nails. Have I ever said, I'm addicted to red CBL holos? ;)

Gorgeous classic, deep red color (though, not as deep as The Migthy Red Baron) with linear holo effect, which makes it even more deeper and more beautiful and simply more CBL. You know what I mean... :) The formula was great, I loved working with it. I have it in two coats on my nails. However, be careful at the removal, it'll color your fingers and cuticles, if you don't use enough remover and cotton pads. But this is the only negative thing I can say about it.

The holo effect is much stronger in sunshine, but unfortunately I wasn't able to capture it. There's no sun in Finland! :P I was wearing it for two days, and I got compliments on my nails all the time.

P.s. I haven't watched Pretty Woman in years, but this post just got me in the mood.  And it's almost raining in here, so here's the great opportunity. :)

Dance Legend - Beautiful Lie

Today I'm going to show you my most favorite shade out of the 24 polishes of Wow Prism collection from Dance Legend.

Beautiful Lie is a blue based purple polish loaded with sparkly holographic flakies. The formula is great ant easy to apply. I was in a hurry painting my nails with it, so I applied only two coats. But as you can see on my pinkie and middle finger there are some sheer spots left, so I might have needed a third coat. Though, I only recognized it under my lamps, while taking the pictures, so it wasn't bothering in live. :)

I have a few more beautiful Wow Prism polish for you to show, they'll come sooner or later, too.

Glam Polish - Below Zero

Below Zero is from the Mid-Winter's Dream collection. I loved to use it during the winter, because of its cool tone, but I think it's also perfect for summer.

Like I said, Below Zero is a cool toned blue glitter polish with loads of holographic glitters, that sparkles 24/7 on the nails. Two thick coats cover the nails, but the removal is  a real torture if you use regular base-coat. Though, it's still worth it! I applied it over Pictre Polish's Glitter Base.
Then I just wanted to try my new nail vinyls from Twinkled T, so I sticked two mermaid tail vinyls on my middle and ring finger and painted over Don't Rain On My Parade from Glam Polish's Broadway collection. This was my first try of using these nail vinyls, so they became a little messy, but I love them anyway. :)

Morgan Taylor - Watch Your Step, Sister!

To be honest, first I didn't want to buy this polish. I found it a nice color, but just a boring creme finish, that I can find for much cheaper I thought. Then, when I palced my order on Ebay for MT Best Ball Gown Ever from Morgan Taylor's Cinderlla collection, the seller contacted me, that the last bottle she had was damaged, so if I'd like to pick another polish. I was very excited for BBGE, so I was disappointed, but I didn't want to cancell the entire order, so I picked this one instead from the same collection. It arrived, I found it a pretty color, and then I forget about it. Until last Saturday, when I found how pretty it would look in the sun.

When I started to apply I was so surpised, it's almost neon! Really well pigmented bright pink, that covers in two easy coats. Overall, I just like how it looks on me, it really pops.

Because nowadays I can't stand pure creme finish on my nails for too long, I added some cute stamping with my MoYou London Alice 04 plate.

Now I got very excited to try more MT creme nail polishes. Do you have any? Please share your opinion about them!

Colour Alike - Spring'n'Summer 2015 572

Let's continue with Colour Alike, shall we? Up next is 572 from the Spring'n'Summer collection.

This scatter holographic beauty with jelly base is just perfect. Not much to say about it, but perfect. It has full coverage in two coats. I recommend two thicker coats, so the jelly base doesn't look so pinkish on the nails. The application is a dream, so as the removal. I only had to use one single cotton pad for my ten fingers. Plus this polish smells like heaven. :D

Okay, I know, that I'm completely into red holos lately, but I'm not just being partial I swear. :P

piCture pOlish - Ocean & Born Pretty BP-11 Image Plate

Finally we've got some sunshine here in Finland. Now I'm starting to feel, that I need more than just one color on my nails, and I'm in the mood doing some nail art. Lately I like illusion patterns, so when I found this cute nail plate (BP-11) in Born Pretty Store I couldn't resist.

For the base color I picked Ocean from piCture pOlish. I bought Ocean last fall, but during the winter I didn't use it. For me it is definitely a summer shade, although it's a darker one. It's an ocean blue color, which has jelly base and scatter holo effect. I applied Ocean to my pinkie and index finger in three coats. It looks quite okay in two coats, but it's definitely much deeper in three. On my middle and ring finger I have a light blue pastel polish from Catrice in two coats, it's name is Play It Blue. It was part of a TE two summers ago, which name I can't recall. Then I stamped these growing stars on them with Ocean. The stars became very sheer, but I like them anyway. :)

This image of the stamping plate was easy to use, the polish sticked to my stamper without any problem. I haven't yet tried the smaller images, I wonder if they are that easy ones, too. :) You can find this plate among many others at Born Pretty Store's website for 2,99$.
